Are your images really edible and safe to eat?
YES! All of our images are printed with FDA approved food colorings and are safe to eat.
Are all of your products kosher?
All of our products are kosher certified by the Star-K.
Can you handle rush orders?
We will try to accomodate rush orders. A rush fee may be assessed to your order. Contact us for more details.
How long will my chocolates last?
If kept in a cool dry place the chocolate should last for at least a year.
How should I store my chocolates?
Keep all chocolates away from direct sources of heat and sunlight.
How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within ten days of receipt. Rush orders can be accomodated for a fee.
What kind of pictures can you use?
Any printed or digital photo can be used. We can also reproduce black and white and color photos.
What kind of image quality can I expect?
We will make every effort to reproduce the same quality of the original image onto chocolate. Some quality may be lost if a small picture is sent to us and we have to enlarge it. FDA approved food colorings are limited slightly in some of their color reproduction qualities; however, we will try to achieve exact tone matches. Digital photos should be at least 300 dpi for better quality. Photos with a light background will come out the best.
